FAQ's

Q: Do you have layaway or payment plans?

A. While we don’t have a set program, if you would like to put a down payment on something (usually we ask for about 20%) and need a month or two to complete payment in full, give us a call at 313-846-1802 and we will be happy to work with you. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A. We do not accept international Paypal or credit cards, but if you are willing to pay via Bank Transfer, give us a call and we can set it up for you. 

Q: Where do you get your merchandise from?

A: We purchase our merchandise from reputable antique dealers from across the country. Since we generally buy such large parcels, we are able to get fantastic deals, which we then pass on to you! And since we don’t have the overhead of a retail antique store, our prices are far less than you would ever find in a local shop. 

Q: If I buy a ring and it needs repair in the future, will you take care of it for me?

A: Absolutely! Antique rings are a bit more fragile than what’s made these days, so it’s not uncommon for a shank to need work, prongs re-tipped, or side diamonds that need replacement. In nearly all cases, if you purchased the ring from us, we will take care of it for free for you. Just ask! 

Q: Why do some of the white gold antiques look a little yellow in the pictures?

A: After a number of years, white gold will start to have a yellowish tint because the yellow of the gold will start coming though. You can have the ring rhodium dipped by us, or any local jeweler, to have its original bright white color restored. 

Q: Will you accept a check or money order?

A: Yes. We must wait 10 business days after deposit to ship in order to make sure the money order clears and stays cleared, but it's no problem. 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in Dearborn, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit. We’ve been in the same retail location for over 40 years. If you would like to drop by to look at something, just give us a call at 313-846-1802 and we will be more then happy to set up an appointment. 

Q: What are your hours?

A: We are in the office from 10am to 5:50pm Eastern Standard Time. 

Q: Can this ring be sized as far as I need it to be?

A: Every ring is different. Our skilled jewelers can work wonders, but if the sizing job you need is extensive, such as 3 or more sizes up/down, just ask our opinion and we will let you know if it can be done or not.
