All packages are shipped fully insured via FedEx Express or US Post Office within the United States ONLY. We do not ship internationally. All packages must be shipped to the confirmed address on PayPal or billing address on credit card.

REFUND / REPAIR / RESIZING POLICY:

14 Day Return Policy with 100% money back guarantee. 

We hope your purchase has exceeded your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days after receipt of your purchase. You can return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - No Questions Asked. After 14 Days all sales are final. To process your refund/repair/sizing please E•Mail or contact us at 888•392•5500 so we can note you will be returning the item. All items MUST be insured for the purchase price, signature requested delivery with the RA# written on the box underneath the address.

Please call into the office for your RA# which will be required to process your refund/repair/sizing. Please include a copy of your invoice with a short description of what you would like us to do; with the RA# on it.

If you are seeking a refund, please be advised that it can take 7 days (1 week) for a PayPal or Credit Card refund.

If you are seeking to have your ring sized, please be advised that it takes 3 - 5 business days after we receive the piece to be sized, plus two business days to be shipped back to you. Rings that are sized by DiamondTen can be accepted for return, but items that are sized by independent jewelers will not be accepted for return.


WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE: 

You will be refunded the item's purchase price, minus any shipping, sizing, or appraisal charges. Items that have been worn can still be returned. Any items that have been sized by another jeweler, altered or damaged in any way will NOT be accepted.
